Oxtails are back! Only available Saturdays and Sundays. Oxtails are hands down the best meats I can smoke. Limited availability, so be sure to pre-order. Comes with rice, au jus sauce, two sides, and rolls. Choose from macaroni and cheese, BBQ baked beans, potato salad, collard greens, coleslaw, or candied yams.
